Little Rock, Ark. — A 28-year-old man was arrested Wednesday in the killings of a married couple in front of their children at Devil’s Den State Park over the weekend, Arkansas officials said.

Arkansas State Police arrested Andrew James McGann from Springdale and charged him with two counts of capital murder. Police would not say what the motive was.

A lawyer couldn't be located for McGann, and a message was left for a number listed for him. State Police said had recently moved to the area and was working at a school. He was being held in the Washington County jail Wednesday. It was not immediately clear when his first court appearance was.
