PENSACOLA, Fla. ( WALA ) - For the second year in a row, the Pensacola Blue Wahoos will host a big-time college baseball exhibition this fall.

This year’s game will feature the Florida State Seminoles making their second consecutive trip to Pensacola to take on the Mississippi State Bulldogs in a rematch of last season’s Tallahassee regional. Last year FSU went head-to-head with Auburn in front of a sold-out crowd with close to 6,000 fans coming to the park. Both the city and the Wahoos expect another capacity crowd in a game that not only has a lot of appeal for the players but also two of the most passionate fan bases in college baseball.
