HUNTSVILLE, Ala. ( WAFF ) - Congressman Dale Strong made a stop in the Rocket City Wednesday afternoon, where he spoke about the latest D.C. happenings at the VBC Saturn Ballroom.
Strong said that, after speaking with President Donald Trump, he is now 100% sure the headquarters of the United States Space Command will be relocating to Huntsville from Colorado Springs.
“Me and my staff have been in contact with the President, the President’s office this week, and I’m going to say, I’m 100% sure it’s going to Redstone. The President has made promises related to doing what’s right for national security—every evaluation points to Redstone Arsenal. We have no time to waste. It’s time to go vertical," Strong said.
