Professional wrestling legend Hulk Hogan’s death was caused by a heart attack , also known as acute myocardial infarction. The New York Post reports the cause of Hogan’s death was confirmed in documents obtained by the news outlet from the the Pinellas County Forensic Science Center.

While the documents confirmed the heart attack, they also revealed that Hogan also had a history of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), a type of cancer that impacts white blood cells. Hogan, who was 71 at the time of his death, did not publicly reveal his cancer diagnosis.

The report says Hogan is set to be cremated, however when that will happen was not announced. Hogan died at a hospital near his Clearwater, Florida home on July 24.
