An Amber Alert was sent out Wednesday for 3-year-old Malina Rose Toussaint, who has since been found in Killeen with a non-custodial parent.

According to the Waco Police Department, Malina has been found safe and her mother — 31-year-old Tanisha Toussaint who is around four months pregnant — has been arrested and charged with kidnapping.

“Thank you to the help of the US Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Taskforce and Killeen PD,” Waco police said in a Facebook post late Wednesday, canceling the Amber Alert.

The girl went missing from Waco earlier on Wednesday in a Gray 2019 Chevy Trax. The Waco Police Department Facebook post has received over 700 shares, over 400 reactions and over 90 comments.
