Reform UK have moved to a nine-point polling lead over Labour in a boost to Nigel Farage’s hopes of entering No 10.
Farage’s party have risen to their joint highest vote share in BMG Research polling, on 32 per cent ( up two points on June ), while Labour have dropped to 23 per cent (down four points).
The Reform UK leader also recorded his highest satisfaction score in the polling, with Sir Keir Starmer dropping to his joint-lowest since becoming Prime Minister.
Pollsters believe Farage’s recent push on crime is cutting through with the public, and that the party is starting to make inroads in gaining the public’s trust on core issues like healthcare and education, that are traditionally Labour’s strengths.
In the poll of 1,528 adults in Great Britain between 29 and 31 July, the C
