(NewsNation) — Stevie Nicks is postponing her August and September concert dates to recover from a fractured shoulder, the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer said on her social media accounts Friday.

The 77-year-old former member of Fleetwood Mac did not offer details about the injury. Fans who purchased tickets to the postponed shows were advised to get further information at their point of purchase, with the shows expected to be rescheduled.

The Nicks camp said her tour will resume Oct. 1 in Portland, Oregon.

Nicks was the first woman to be inducted twice into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame — once as a Fleetwood Mac member and once as a solo performer. The Grammy Award winner achieved her biggest fame in the 1980s, with hit songs that included “Stand Back” and “Edge of Seventeen.”
