Vistancia is going into a new chapter of its development.

City Council will consider a third amendment to its development agreement with Vistancia Development, LLC and Vistancia Investments LLC, at its public meeting Aug. 5.

The development agreement is more than 20 years old and has outlined all kinds of infrastructure throughout the master-planned community as it has progressed over the years.

Now it is time for an update, officials say.

The new amendment will cover project specifics for the design and construction of three new parks and a fire station to serve residents north of the Central Arizona Project Canal, or CAP.
