JACKSONVILLE – His focus is on the now, and on the positives.

And make no mistake: As cornerback Tyson Campbell sees it, there are many positives about his situation and the Jaguars' defense as 2025 Training Camp continues at the Miller Electric Center.

This is a good time for Campbell and his teammates.

"I'm loving it," he said.

Campbell spoke following a two-and-half hour practice Sunday morning and spoke shortly after defensive coordinator Anthony Campanile spoke. As the two exchanged places, Campanile hugged Campbell and called him, "My guy."

Campanile moments earlier praised Campbell, calling him "A really competitive guy at the point of attack."

"There's a guy who's had success in his league, and he loves to be coached," Campanile said. "He's never really sitting still.
