FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- Sunday night at around 10:30 pm, Fort Wayne police responded to a shooting that occurred around the 900 block of 3rd Street.

One person has been hospitalized after shots rang out near the Sherman Boulevard intersection. No condition can be provided at this time.

Police have closed off the intersection surrounding the scene.
