JACKSON TOWNSHIP (WOIO) - Six men were arrested after attempting to solicit sex from underage age girls at a hotel near a busy retail area.

According to Stark County jail and court records, Jackson Township Police arrested the men after they reportedly tried to engage is sexual activity with girls under the age of 13, 14, and 15 through their cell phones.

Court records show the girls turned out to be undercover police officers.

According to criminal complaints filed in court, the calls were made from the Wingate by Wyndham hotel, located at 4914 Everhard Road NW in the Belden Village shopping area on Thursday, July 31st.
