INDIAN LAND, S.C. (WBTV) - A man was found dead in a Lowe’s parking lot in Lancaster County over the weekend.

The 43-year-old, whose name has not been publicly released, was found face down in front of his truck on Saturday, Aug. 2 at the Lowe’s on Fort Mill Highway.

Deputies with the were called to the store and found the man bleeding and with no pulse.

The sheriff’s office said the man’s body did not show any signs of external injuries, nor did deputies find any weapons or evidence that there was a confrontation.

“Although the investigation is in its early stages, we have found nothing at this point to indicate that the man died by violent means or that this is a homicide,” Lancaster County Sheriff Barry Faile said in a news release.
