Oasis members Noel Gallagher and Liam Gallagher have released a statement in regards to a fan who fell to their death during their concert at Wembley Stadium in London on August 2.

"We are shocked and saddened to hear of the tragic death of a fan at the show last night," the band said in a statement on August 3, according to The Guardian . "Oasis would like to extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of the person involved."

The man, who was believed to be sitting in the upper section of the arena when he fell, was attended to by paramedics, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
