BEREA — The Browns ' plan for this week's joint practice and preseason opener at the Carolina Panthers may have had a major wrench thrown into the mix. There's a legitimate question about the number of quarterbacks they'll have healthy enough to play.

The latest? Try rookie Dillon Gabriel, who coach Kevin Stefanski announced Aug. 4 was battling a hamstring injury.

Stefanski mentioned Gabriel's injury prior to the Browns' 10th training camp practice. He said the rookie third-round pick out of Oregon was going to be limited in what he could do in practice.

"He will be limited," Stefanski said. He'll be in some drills."
