The 2025 high school baseball season was one to remember, including state semifinal runs nearby from McKinney North, Lovejoy, Prosper and Marcus.

Standout players from those four programs, plus Celina, Prosper Rock Hill, Proper Walnut Grove and Flower Mound, earned commendation for their seasons with selections to the Texas Sportswriters Association’s all-state teams.
