A major butter recall just got more serious. Federal officials have raised the risk level, warning that the product could cause health problems for people with milk allergies.

🚨 What’s Happening: The U.S. Food and Drug Administration says Bunge North America is recalling more than 64,000 pounds of its NH European Style Butter Blend. The recall now carries a Class II risk, meaning the butter could cause temporary or reversible health issues for some people.

The recalled butter was shipped across the U.S. and the Dominican Republic.

The product comes in white paperboard cases, each holding 36 blocks. Look for product code 5023937, UPC 1 00 78684 73961 2, and lot code 5064036503.
