Blake Lively ’s legal team has requested that her sealed deposition transcript be excluded from the It Ends With Us case.

In a letter to the judge in the case, Judge Lewis J. Liman , they claimed that Justin Baldoni ‘s team “immediately leaked details from the deposition to the tabloid media,” per People . They used TMZ and the Daily Mail as sources within this letter.

If you did not see, last week, it was widely reported that Justin was sitting in on Blake ‘s deposition .

Blake ‘s lawyers added that they believe Justin ‘s team has made it a “goal of creating a media circus around Ms. Lively ’s deposition,” and allegedly, “apparently to advance a storyline that the deposition was a face-to-face showdown between Mr. Baldoni and Ms. Lively .”
