SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — A man accused of raping a woman in 2021 was indicted by a Chatham County grand jury on Wednesday.

Zachary Devore is charged in connection to rape that occurred on Feb. 14, 2021, his indictment said.

He was released on bail in April 2023, under several conditions including the use of a GPS ankle monitor, according to court documents.

Devore is due back in court Sept. 17, 2025, for an arraignment hearing.
