WESTERN Tenn. (KFVS) - We took a closer look at the criminal history of the man accused of murdering four family members in western Tennessee.

We learned Austin Drummond got out of prison in the fall of 2024 after serving for aggravated robbery .

According to online court records, Drummond robbed a Circle-K at gunpoint in Jackson, Tenn., on July 31, 2013, when he was 16 years old.

The records show Drummond got away with just $45.

We found more instances of violence, including during his 2014 robbery trial.

Court records from Madison County, Tenn., show a grand jury indicted Drummond on 13 counts of “retaliation for past action” for threatening the clerk at the gas station he robbed in 2013, and threatening all 12 jurors at his trial.
