MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) - A Memphis, Tennessee, man is accused of stealing someone’s credit card information in western Kentucky.

According to the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office, on August 6, a victim reported that her credit card information had been stolen and fraudulently used to spend more than $5,000 at a local store.

Deputies were able to use video to track down the suspect and his vehicle, which were later found traveling in Jackson, Mississippi.

After contacting the Capitol and Gluckstadt Police Departments in the greater Jackson area, officers were able to quickly find the vehicle and conduct a traffic stop.

The driver was identified as 38-year-old Antonio R. Thompson. He was placed under arrest and McCracken County deputies applied for an arrest warrant for Thompson.
