PERRYVILLE, Mo. (KFVS) - The two men behind a Perryville, Missouri, financial planning business that abruptly closed in April are expected to appear in federal court on August 15, 2025, and enter guilty pleas.
That’s according to two former clients of Johnson Niswonger Financial Resources, who tell me they’ve been contacted by the FBI about the planned hearing involving Darrell Niswonger and Jim Johnson.
And, Niswonger’s attorney William Marsh confirms the information.
Marsh tells me Niswonger has negotiated a plea deal and will plead guilty during that court hearing, scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. at the Rush Hudson Limbaugh Sr. U.S. Courthouse in Cape Girardeau.
