IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) - Iowa’s Gabe Arnold remains a member of the Hawkeye wrestling team. KCRG-TV9 confirmed with Iowa officials in July , that the Arnold was “no longer on the roster.” As of today, Iowa officials confirmed that the former City High Little Hawk was “never officially removed from the roster.”

KCRG-TV9 has not been given any further information as to why there was confusion.

Arnold qualified for the NCAA Championships last season at 184 pounds. He was also a state champion for City High and two-time national prep champion.
