CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - One of two suspects accused in the murder of Cleveland college student Brandon Cartellone, is scheduled to appear in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Tuesday.
Cartellone was brutally murdered inside his Tremont apartment on July 26, 2011.
Dionte Davis, 36, and Dojuan Nettles, 40, were indicted last month.
Davis, of Michigan, was taken into custody on Aug. 1 and will be arraigned Tuesday, Aug. 5.
Nettles, of Florida, pleaded not guilty at his arraignment on July 29 and the judge ordered him held on a $1 million bond.
Nettles is scheduled to return to court on Aug. 7.
Both men are facing the following charges:
