Roosevelt City has reminded the public that 200 South by State Street is closed to traffic. “Public Works is replacing the cross gutter/water way,” shares the announcement. “State Street will stay open to traffic. The project should take 1 to 2 weeks to complete.” This week, BHI started to dig the sewer main in Roosevelt City at the 1000 West and 200 North intersection. They will continue to work on the stretch on 1000 West towards the intersection of 250 North. “Heavy equipment traffic and delays will be expected along this route during construction,” shares the announcement. “They plan to have a second crew start on the water line installation in about 2 weeks time.” Roosevelt City shares road work and project updates on the Roosevelt City Facebook page.
