GANESVOORT, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Home care workers in the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program continue to allege that Public Partnerships LLC has not paid them the wages they’re owed. NEWS10 talked to personal assistants about their paycheck problems.
Sandra Bradwell has a team of personal assistants. They have to perform mucus suctioning on Bradwell multiple times a day. Bradwell needs specialized, 24-hour care.
Julie Sygenda has worked for Bradwell for the last five years. She said she was only paid 12 hours when she worked 40 hours. She was upset after she called PPL looking for her paycheck.
