BECKLEY, WV (WVNS) - It has been announced that the Raleigh County Schools Back-to-School Wellness & Community Outreach Fair will return to the Beckley-Raleigh County Convention Center.

Each year, the annual event helps students and families get the resources and information they need for a successful school year. At past events, students have gotten a chance to interact with local businesses and organizations as part of the event, including members of law enforcement.

Beckley Police Department officer, Adam Justice says anytime community members can offer more opportunities to students, it is a win. "There's never enough you can do, I don't think," he said. "So, the more events like this we have and the more engagement we do and the more giving back we do the better."
