The 35 th Annual Teacher’s Appreciation Breakfast was held on August 4 th at the Wesley Center of Living Hope Church, 715 West Juniata Street, Clermont. The annual event is hosted by the South Lake Chamber of Commerce (SLCC) and is considered the “best welcome back in Lake County,” according to some of the upbeat and enthusiastic educators that attend the breakfast every year.

Monday’s event, which celebrated middle and high school teachers, opened with a full-buffet breakfast prepared and served by the Wesley Center while an entourage of well-wishers lined the entryway to serve the teachers and staff with a full course of high-fives and playful pleasantries of their own.
