(Seguin) — Local flood victims will now have more help available to them in Seguin. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is opening a Disaster Outreach Center started today (Wednesday, August 6) in downtown Seguin.
Seguin Fire Marshal Greg Dreiss says the FEMA center is available to anyone seeking disaster relief from federal government.
“FEMA will be on site at the old Wells Fargo building on East Nolte Street, and they will be set up there to allow our citizens from Guadalupe County and Seguin to come in and visit with FEMA and register for resources that are available. There is also supposed to be other volunteer organizations that will be on site to offer other assistance as available.
