TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - Arrest documents detail a history for a man dating back to 1999 of voyeurism for watching children and exposing himself while wearing a diaper. Thursday, he was accused of asking two girls to change his diaper in a Tyler neighborhood.

Wesley Worl, 45, was arrested Thursday and charged with criminal solicitation of a minor and criminal trespass in addition to several other charges and accusations dating back to 1999.

In the latest incident , two girls were riding bikes and scooters through their neighborhood when they noticed a silver vehicle begin to follow them, stopping when they stopped, according to arrest affidavits obtained by KLTV.
