ATLANTA ( WANF /Gray News) - An active shooter has been reported at the Emory University campus in Atlanta, according to an emergency alert on Emory’s website.

The shooting was reported at Emory Point CVS.

“RUN. HIDE. FIGHT. Avoid the area,” the university said.

It is not known what led up to the shooting.

An officer from the Atlanta Police Department has been sent to Emory University Hospital. At this time, we don’t know the extent of their injuries yet.
