She said the BBC had strengthened some of its internal procedures around live broadcasts in the wake of the performance by rap duo Bob Vylan, who led chants of 'death to the IDF' during their gig.
She told Nick Ferrari that the BBC "have recognised that can never happen again".
Asked if she was confident it would never happen again, she said “I can’t say I’m currently confident about that but I do recognise there’s been significant progress.”
