Ozzy Osbourne ’s official cause of death has been made public.

The legendary rock musician died last month at the age of 76 , having spoken publicly about his health conditions, including a Parkinson’s disease diagnosis, for several years prior.

According to a death certificate filed in London and later seen by the New York Times , the Black Sabbath frontman died of a heart attack.

The death certificate lists his cause of death as cardiac arrest, noting that he also had coronary heart disease and Parkinson’s.

Shortly before his death, Ozzy had appeared at what was billed as his last ever show, performing both solo and with Black Sabbath, as the headliner of the Back To The Beginning concert in his hometown of Birmingham.
