The town of Cramerton received a grant for $500,000 that will allow them to start work on greenway extensions that will eventually connect it to McAdenville.

The new sections of trail will cost more than $2 million to complete, and the project is largely grant-funded, Cramerton Mayor Nelson Wills said. The latest grant is from North Carolina’s Great Trails State Coalition, Wills said.
