ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Three juveniles were taken into custody after police say they carjacked an Uber driver and led officers on a pursuit into Bridgeton.

According to police, three juveniles were in an Uber when they carjacked the driver and fired shots at the victim in the City. The driver was not injured, but the suspects fled in their vehicle.

Police later spotted the vehicle, and a pursuit ensued. While going down I-70, the suspect went the wrong way on the exit ramp from eastbound to Lindbergh. The suspects then bailed from the vehicle and ran into a wooded area, police say.

Around 12:30 a.m., after searching the area, three juveniles were taken into custody.
