Jinny Trotti is selling all these items — and literally thousands more — as she prepares to close her family’s 20-year-old business, Applause Costumes & Dancewear, by the end of August.

The industrial-looking, gray-painted building at 788 2nd Ave. S., Moorhead, has been sold and will be gutted and renovated for another commercial tenant, Trotti says.
