Donna Capps has made a lasting imprint on Mesquite ISD athletics, both as a coach and an administrator.

But her impact went beyond the city of Mesquite, and those contributions will be recognized when Capps is inducted into the Texas High School Basketball Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2026, as was announced last week.
