Motherwell boss Jens Berthel Askou wants to create a style of play and identity that will pose a threat against Celtic, Rangers, or any other Premiership opponent. ‌

The Dane says a lot of work has gone into improving how Motherwell attack, and their effectiveness in those areas. ‌

Askou acknowledges mistakes will be made, but it’s how the players respond to that, and their willingness to work, that is going to be key. ‌
