OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Omaha’s League One Volleyball team now has a new ownership group and a new name.
In a release sent early Wednesday, First Alert 6 found out the group will be headlined by four-time Olympic Medalist and LOVB Omaha founding Athlete Jordan Larson . The ownership team will also include JE Dunn Construction Group’s investment subsidiary.
“I’ve played volleyball around the world, but Nebraska is home; it’s where I fell in love with the game. We have rebranded the team as a tribute to those communities that shaped me and so many others who play, and in recognition of every passionate volleyball fan across our home state,” Larson said in the release.
