LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) — A Lincoln man accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl entered his plea in Lancaster County District Court on Tuesday.
Justin Koder, 28, pled not guilty to first-degree sexual assault of a child, child abuse and two other felony sex crimes.
His next court date has not been set.
Koder was arrested in Texas in May after being accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting the victim.
A woman brought her 6-year-old daughter to Bryan West on Dec. 15. The girl brought up several times she’d been sexually abused by Koder, police said. She was forensically interviewed the next day, describing multiple instances of abuse.
Police later executed a search warrant at Koder’s home where the alleged assaults took place. According to an arrest affidavit, evidence
