Front Royal police accuse a town man of firing a gun in a shopping center parking lot on Tuesday.
Officers arrested Howard Douglas Banjoman III and charged him with brandishing a firearm, carrying a concealed firearm and reckless handling of a firearm and as well as the Front Royal Town Code violation of discharging a firearm within corporate limits. Banjoman remains in custody at the Rappahannock-Shenandoah-Warren Regional Jail. He is scheduled to appear in Warren County General District Court on Sept. 2.
