LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A 3-year-old boy at the center of an Amber Alert has been located, according to the California Highway Patrol.
An Amber Alert was issued for Tyshawn Tucker on Wednesday after he was reportedly taken from the area near Compton Avenue and E. Imperial Highway around 1 p.m. on Tuesday.
The alert was canceled around 4 p.m. Wednesday after CHP said the child had been located.
Further details about the child's condition and where he was located were not immediately released.
Los Angeles police were initially searching for a 29-year-old man in connection to the child's disappearance. It's unclear if he was also located or if he will face charges.
Police did not provide further details on the relationship between the suspect and the child.
