LATROBE, Pa. (BLACK AND GOLD NATION) - It's become normal now for NFL starters to skip playing in preseason games. With that, you can expect some of the biggest names on the Steelers to do the same when they play their preseason opener against Jacksonville on Saturday.
"I don't think it's in the plan for me to play this week, but whatever (Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin) wants to do, I'm fully on board," Aaron Rodgers said. "If he wants me to go out there and play, I'll play."
Tomlin will officially announce that decision on Thursday. Rodgers isn't shy to share his opinions on preseason football.
