Portion of Henderson Street in Enterprise closed until further fotice

Enterprise, Ala. (WDHN) -- A portion of Henderson Street is closed until further notice following damage to the existing stormwater system caused by recent heavy rainfall.

City of Enterprise Engineering and Public Works staff are on site conducting a full evaluation to determine the extent of the damage and next steps for repairs.

Henderson Street from Heath Street to Andrews Street has been barricaded, and motorists are advised to use alternate routes.

Signs have been placed to alert drivers of the closure ahead.
