The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) is expected to finish its investigation of the shooting death of 18-year-old Jabari Peoples by a Homewood police officer and release the bodycam footage to the police department by Friday.
Jefferson County District Attorney Danny Carr said that once he has ownership of the video, he will show it to the Peoples' family. Carr told WVTM 13's Guy Rawlings that he expects to get the video on Friday, review it Monday and release it to
