1. Unmasking law enforcement

State Rep. Betsy Coffia, D-Traverse City, introduced House Bill 4760 on July 29, which would ban law enforcement officers from wearing facial coverings except in certain circumstances, including situations where airborne toxins or diseases are present or high-risk situations such as shootouts, standoffs, hostage situations and terrorist attacks.
