The National Conference of State Legislatures ended its meetings in Boston tonight with a show at Harborlights (or whatever the kids call it these days) that featured music by the Boston Pops and Boyz II Men - and a huge fireworks display over the harbor that made people as far away as West Roxbury go: Huh?
