Demolition at Harvester campus continues

BATAVIA — Demolition continued Wednesday on the Harvester Center campus as crews work on taking down a few buildings at the site.

“Violations of the Property Maintenance Code were cited and the owner chose to demolish the structures rather than repair,” city Code Enforcement Officer Doug Randall said last week. “Some were vacant, some were used for storage. The buildings that were most severely deteriorated have been vacant.
