An original waterfront home built by the Crane Company on Lake Mohawk's private Manitou Island, a $7 million Italian-inspired estate in Bergen County and a recently renovated historic brownstone in uptown Hoboken were among the priciest properties to sell in North Jersey in July.

All of July's elaborate properties were sold through the typical real estate process and changed hands for an array of prices, ranging from $1.58 million to $7 million.
