Tributes left for man in his 30s who died in St Michael’s Road, Sittingbourne

Floral tributes have been left in memory of a man in his 30s who died after reportedly falling from a wall and hitting a car.

Flowers have been tied to a lamp post in St Michael’s Road near Sittingbourne railway station, after the man’s death on Saturday, August 2.

Police were called to the scene near the Fountain of Ale pub in Dover Street around 9.30pm after the man is said to have fallen off the wall and was hit by a car.

Paramedics, an air ambulance and fire crews all attended.

On Monday, August 3, police confirmed the man had died at the scene during the emergency service response.

Tributes have now been left in memory of the man, whose identity is not publicly known.
