The Washougal Arts and Music Festival is 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday in Reflection Plaza, 1703 Main St., Washougal. Artists working in a variety of media including painting, sculpture, ceramics, glass, textiles, jewelry and photography will have work on display.
